Cookies

We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in. Your browser also keeps small settings on your own device, such as light or dark mode and whether the sidebar is collapsed. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.

Who we share it with

We use infrastructure providers to run the servers you create. They process data on our behalf under their own data protection terms.

We may add or change providers, and we will update this list when we do. We may also share data where the law requires it.

Transfers outside the UK

Your servers run in UK locations. Our providers may access data from outside the UK for support and operations. Where that happens we rely on appropriate safeguards under UK data protection law.

How long we keep it

We keep your account information while your account is open. You can download your data or delete your account from the Account page once your servers are deleted. We may keep limited records where the law requires, such as accounting records.

Live chats and support tickets are deleted 12 months after the last message, once they are closed or resolved.

You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or stop using it, or move it to another service. Email us to do this. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
