Terms of service
Last updated 23 October 2026
Draft for early access. These terms should be reviewed by a solicitor before ZaRHost opens to paying customers.
About these terms
These terms are between you and BobzaR Network Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 16198185 ("we"). They apply when you create an account or use ZaRHost.
Early access
ZaRHost is in early access. Features and plans may change, and we do not yet promise a level of availability. The prices shown are early-access prices, fixed for 12 months from the day you sign up. Every new account gets £30 of free credit. It unlocks when you start your first server, covers renewals and other costs, and runs out 90 days after you sign up. Credit you pay for does not run out. Nothing is collected until card payments open, and we will tell you in writing first.
Your account
- You must be 18 or over, or acting for a business, to create an account.
- Keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- Each account can run a limited number of servers. We show the limit in your control panel.
Acceptable use
You must not use ZaRHost to break the law, to send spam, to attack or probe other systems, to spread malware, to host content that infringes others' rights, or to harm the service or other customers.
Software you install
You can install apps on your servers from the control panel. Some, such as Plesk and cPanel, are licensed by other companies. They start with the maker's free trial, and you must buy a licence from the maker to keep using them. We do not sell or provide those licences, and you must follow the maker's terms.
Your data
You keep ownership of what you put on your servers and you are responsible for it, including backing it up. See our Privacy notice for how we handle personal data.
Suspension and ending
We may suspend or remove a server or account that breaks these terms or puts the service at risk. You can stop using ZaRHost at any time by deleting your servers and then deleting your account from the Account page.
Our responsibility
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, and as far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data, profit or business arising from use of an early-access service.
Changes and law
We may update these terms and will tell you about important changes. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
