If a ZaRHost server is being used for spam, attacks, scams, illegal content or copyright infringement, email hello@bobzarnetwork.co.uk with the subject "Abuse report". The faster we have the details, the faster we can act.

What to include

• The IP address or domain name involved.
• What happened, with the date, time and time zone.
• Evidence, such as logs, the full headers of a spam email, or a link and screenshot of the content.
• How we can reach you.

For a copyright complaint, also tell us which work was copied, where the copy is, that you own the rights or act for the owner, and that you believe in good faith that the use is not allowed. Add your name.

What happens next

We aim to acknowledge your report within one working day. We look at the evidence and contact the customer. Where the harm is clear we act quickly, which can mean stopping the server straight away. We will tell you the outcome where we can. We may pass your report to the customer, and we will leave out your personal details if you ask us to.

Police and other authorities

Send official requests from an official address, with the legal basis for the request, to the same email address. We respond to valid requests that the law requires us to answer.

If someone is in danger

Call 999. Do not wait for us. You can report child sexual abuse imagery to the Internet Watch Foundation.
